Ehinger Properties

Bob joined the company in 1968, after graduating from the University of Missouri. He and his father, Sid, spent the next 40+ years growing the business into what it is today. Bob enjoys being the first person to discover new restaurants and the last person with a functioning flip phone.

Jane moved back to Kansas City and joined the family business after stints in New Orleans, New York, Chicago, and San Francisco. She has a masters in architecture, is a licensed Missouri attorney, and is experienced in community economic development. As you can imagine, she is also our resident know-it-all. Jane enjoys traveling and pushing the rational limits of 'working remotely.'

Larry joined our team a decade ago, and has run his own construction business for 25 years. He and his crew specialize in brickwork, building restoration, and writing their own website bios; "they are masters of their trade, and we are lucky to have them." Larry enjoys cycling through his collection of vintage rock t-shirts, and seeing if anyone has noticed his new haircut yet.

Ashley started with Ehinger Properties in March of 2016, and has been busy helping us transition to the modern era. (Goodbye, typewriter!) Prior to joining our team, she worked as a bank manager for seven years and most recently as an accounting manager for a local law firm. Ashley has three young children, whom she enjoys spending time with and also not spending time with.
